Writing Contest
 
Terms and Condition for participant
  1. Open to journalists from printed media (newspapers, magazines, journals and tabloids circulated in Indonesia) and electronic media including news wires and news portals; and excluding social media, blog and community media
  2. The articles must be original and its authenticity can be justified, not plagiarism, not translations and nor commercial advertorial
  3. If the committee finds out a violation on Point 2, the bank shall cancel the winner and withdraw the prize
  4. Participants are allowed to send more than 1 (one) article, but only one article is eligible to win
  5. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English
  6. Articles must be published in media during the period of 1 January 2012 until 29 September 2012
  7. The articles must refer to one of the following themes:
    1) Banking products/services for women
    2) Innovation in mortgage loan
    3) SME Facility
    4) Excellence service as one of stregths in banking competitions
    5) The progress of electronic banking
    6) Corporate financing for strategic industries
    7) Banking corporate social responsibility program
    8) Banking’s support for the progress of national sports
  8. Participants must submit:
    a. The scanned/original articles which have been published in the media according to the original size (should not be reduced or enlarged)
    b. Soft copy of Articles must be in MS word (doc)
    c. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    d. Scan/Copy of press ID card (if the participant does not have a press card, it can be replaced by an official statement letter from respective media)
    e. Scan/Copy of national ID card (KTP).
  9. All items in Point 8 should be sent in softcopy and hardcopy
  10. Items in softcopy shall be  emailed to CCommunications@bankbii.com and or publicrelations.bii@gmail.com at the latest by 29 September 2012
  11. Items in hardcopy shall be sent in a sealed envelope and addressed to Panitia Lomba Menulis Artikel dan Foto (the Committee of Article Writing and Photo Contest) at the latest on 29 September 2012 (postmark) with the following address:

  12. The winners will be awarded the following prizes:
    - 1st Winner  : BII Tabungan of Rp17,000,000,-
    - 2nd Winner : BII Tabungan of Rp15,000,000,-
    - 3rd Winner : BII Tabungan of Rp13,000,000,-
    - 4th Winner  : BII Tabungan of Rp10,000,000,-
    - 5th Winner  : BII Tabungan of Rp  7,000,000,-
    - 6th Winner  : BII Tabungan of Rp  4,000,000,-
     * Winner will bear the prize tax
  13. BII may use all articles submitted for BII’s interests by mentioning participant’s name and his/her media
  14. The final result of this contest stipulated by the jury is absolute and undisputable.
Photo Contest
 
Terms & Conditions for participants:
  1. Open to journalists from printed media (newspapers, magazines, journals and tabloids) circulated in Indonesia; and electronic media including news wires and news portals; and excluding social media, blog and community media
  2. Photos submitted are original works which their authenticity can be justified and not the result of digital imaging by combining 2 (two) photos or more, along with other photos elements into the photo
  3. If the committee finds out a violation on Point 2, the bank shall cancel the winner and withdraw the prize
  4. Participants may submit a maximum 3 (three) images, but only 1 (one) photo is eligible to win
  5. Photos must be published in the media during the period of 1 January 2012 until 29 September 2012
  6. Photos must refer to one of the following theme:
    1) The expansion of BII’s branches and network
    2) The progress of BII electronic banking
    3) BII’s banking services and activities
    4) “BII Berbagi” corporate responsibility activities
    5) BII’s support for the progress of national sports
    6) Banking education
    7) SME business activities
    8) Activities of real sector
  7. Participants must submit:
    a. Photos in the form of softcopy with a maximum size of 1600 pixels, 300 dpi resolutions, file size no more than 1 MB.
    b. Participant’s data including names, media, contact number, published date of photos in the media, the theme and photo caption.
    a. Scan of photos/Photos must be published in the media during the period according to the original size (should not be reduced or enlarged)
    c. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    d. Scan/Copy of press ID card (if the participant does not have a press card, it can be replaced by an official statement from the respective media)
    e. Scan/Copy of national ID card (KTP).
  8. All items in Point 7 should be sent in softcopy and hardcopy
  9. Items in softcopy shall be emailed to CCommunications@bankbii.com and or publicrelations.bii@gmail.com at the latest by 29 September 2012
