a) Name stated on application form have to be full name (without abbreviation) and according to name on Indonesian ID/Passport submitted
b) Credit Card copy (front page only), minimum card issued is 1 year
c) Professional who work for a company is considered as employee. For instance : a doctor who opens self-owned clinic at house is entrepreneur, where as a doctor who work for a hospital is an employee
d) If credit line is equal or bigger than IDR 50 million
e) If company doesn’t issue salary slip, instead of giving employee reference letter, applicant must submit last 3 months saving account copy where salary is received. This document valid as substitute from salary slip document.
